By downloading, installing, or using SealedFolio ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Sealed Folio Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these terms. The Free tier allows use with up to 1 property. A Pro license key unlocks all features for the license holder.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SealedFolio. The Software stores data locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Your master password encrypts your database. We cannot recover, reset, or retrieve your password. If you lose your master password, your data cannot be accessed. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Financial calculations, tax reports, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sealed Folio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Software.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software; or use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Software. Your locally stored data remains on your device regardless of license status.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
